Trouble-shooting

Most people can download the e-book without any trouble. But don't panic if you can't--we will help you!

Start here:

Download the file directly to the device you plan to use.

Make sure you have a reading app on the device. If you don't have the EPUB Reader app, give it a try! It looks like this:

Still not working?

We can send you the different file (EPUB instead of MOBI, and vice versa) because sometimes the "other" file will work on your device. Send an email to Amy at breastandbottle@gmail.com to get this process started.

Keep in mind...

You may be able to download the file to your computer, read it on the big screen *and* sync the file to your device from there.

On older Apple mobile devices running iOS 10 or earlier, the standard Safari browser will only download a file if the device already has an app installed that can open that type of file—e.g., using mobile Safari to download an epub or mobi file won't work on an older iPad or iPhone unless the buyer has already installed an ebook reader app that can open those file types. Newer devices running iOS 11 and later include a native Files app that can handle downloads of unknown file types.
