Below are handouts for you. You won't need them all. The first is the initial smell test~ if you already know your milk smells or tastes different after storing, you don't need this handout. The second handout is how to tell the difference between high lipase and chemical oxidation. Once you determine why your milk is changing, then you will know which of the other handouts you need; the solutions are completely different.
